This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. We booked three rooms. When we checked in we were told that the housekeeping staff were still cleaning rooms. We wanted the rooms together if possible, and asked for the first floor. They told us the first floor was still being cleaned. While we were getting room assignments a room opened up on the first floor and one of the couples took it. My room on the second floor was a little dingy, the towels were stained, the toiletries bottles were half empty, and the room hadn't been swept. The other second floor room was in similar condition. The room on the first floor hadn't been cleaned at all. The towels were dirty, and there were footprints in the bed. The couple called the front desk, spoke to Juan, and he agreed to change out the towels. When they called back about the bed, they were told that nothing was going to be done and if they didn't like it, then they could simply check out. Since I had booked the rooms, I went to the front desk with the couple and spoke to the manager Dave. He told us that he had no other rooms available, and again stated that they could accept the room as is or check out. We told him that we would change the linens and towels ourselves, but he stated that his housekeeping staff was gone and he didn't have access to anything. The couple turned in the key and had to book a room elsewhere. Dave told us we would have to contact Hotels.com to cancel and they would have to call the hotel to verify. I spoke to Hotels.com and they attempted to call the hotel multiple times with no success. Hotels.com tried to contact them repeatedly with no success. They never refunded us for the unused room.

Location was about the only thing accurate.
Coming in the trashed looking motel door opened to a beautiful check in area with a sign on the door saying along the lines of please excuse our dust we are renovating. Well apparently we were not put in a renovated room! The room stunk and the spread was stained blanket looked like it was from the 70’s, the sofa was dated and uncomfortable. The shower had ceiling damage and I had to kill a bug. At least it was only 1 bug. Parking lot and outside of the building looked horrible. We were only there to shower and sleep so it served its purpose. Spend the extra $50 and get a room somewhere else.

This Motel is close to the naval base so many military families use it. It is absolutely horrible. The staff was ok but the conditions of the motel were disappointing. You could say it was a crack motel. I say motel because it is. Floors were filthy, TV worked half the time. A alarm was going off in a room and I told staff took a day to turn it off. They did not bring extra towels when asked. The “breakfast” was very limited.
It is a shame military families have this as an option. The base should put a warning out to visiting families.
There were shady people hanging outside their rooms smoking weed all night.
