Super 8 Richmond - Broad Street

The room was as basic as they come. They don’t even provide a bar of soap or anything besides towels. Outlet in the bathroom and one lamp didnt work at all. Sheets were stained and the shower was gross. The pillows were absolutely awful. AND to top it off they asked for a $50 refundable deposit on top of the room rate and DIDNT refund it after. We certainly didn’t do any damage while we were there. I’m calling tomorrow to get that money back.

The room was dirty and disgusting splatters of something on the walls roaches crawling up and down the Walls across the counters and beds dirty sheets microwave was nasty really filthy not even worth $10 a night let alone anymore the outlets were taped on the walls

I drove 12 hours, and picked this place as a rest area for the rest of my drive up north. THIS PLACE WAS DISGUSTING. I went into my room and it smelt so bad and went into the bathroom and there was visibly hair and pubic hair in the shower and looked like it wasn't cleaned. This put me off and I thought it might have been a mistake so l kindly asked for another room, I went into the other room and what do I see??? A ROACH on the bed crawling ...and I seen more And the same thing in this bathroom but bugs. If u guys care about the customers stay the least you could do is clean, it was so bad I didn't even stay, and it was the only money I had to spare and wasn't allowed a refund. Shame on you guys!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. I felt dirty even standing in the room
