RAMADA RIVERS EDGE CONFERENCE CENTER ROANOKE, VA

The hallways smelled like urine. The rooms weren't cleaned and it was suppose to be smoke free and when I called the desk, they were going to try and get me into another room and when I told them i would stay in the room for we were already in our night clothes, they said that they would bring me an airfreshner they did not. I complained about the water coming from the a/c on the floor and they did not come and check it out.

My husband and I had to spend the night in Roanoke since he had to have surgery there. This hotel is nasty. We were given a room at the third floor were participants of a Homeless program were occupying most of the floor. Our room was nasty, people in the next room were fighting and using bad language. Nothing was working in the room. When the maintenance person came we told him we were very unhappy. He made his best to find us another room on a different floor. Thank God for James ( that was his name ) who helped us. We were ready to leave this place and ask for a refund. We will never go back to this hotel again. It needs to be shut down!

Think about it like this i have ptsdfrom that few hour stay. It was disgusting in every way possible if u have a bit of concern for your health and safety please avoid a to z everything was bad I hate recalling that stay
