Every time my mother calls me crying because that Patel owner says or does something to her,l I WILL LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT PATEL, THE OWNER, is aggressive to women, hes prejudice, and he will cuss at you. (Oh I'm sorry to that's only towarda women, hes intimidated by men) My mother is in Virginia alone, trying to start a new life for herself and the organization helping her has her rooming at this establishment. This is the second review I have left and the same amount of days but the public needs to be aware that the owner is racist and very discriminatory. I just got off the phone with my mother and her sugar had dropped to 44 so she had to run to the office and get some juice, the owner sitting at home watching remotely cAlls the lady at the front desk and screams at her if she allows my mother back in the office, she can go home. My mother was about to be at a point where she needed medical attention so she got some juice and a muffin!! My mother's diabetes had dropped so low she was stuttering when she spoke. THE OWNER, PATEL, HAS CALLED MY MOTHER IGNORANT, HE REFUSED TO GIVE HER BATH linens, AND IN THE MIDDLE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, HE got PISSED OFF BECAUSE SHE NEEDED juice and a sweet. I wish we had the money to move her. With her past trauma, his greedy, woman abusing, inconsiderate and his obvious inconsiderate and ignorant eye to emergency medical issues, THE OWNER PATEL needs a class in public consideration and he needs to learn medical emergencies when they happen INSTEAD OF BEING A PENNY PINCHING GREEDY PIG OVER SOME JUICE AND MUFFINS. BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING A STAY HERE, AND PRAY NOTHING HAPPENS MEDICALLY BECAUSE HE WILL LET YOU LAY there and die before he allows his staff to help.

If I could rate this a negative I would. This is literally the worst hotel ever. Roaches everywhere. Room had a weird smell and was filthy. Nothing like what is advertised in the pictures. Showed the manager that the room was not cleans, stain on the Bed spread, dirty bathroom, and tub along with moldy shower curtain. The refrigerator had food dripping and food spilled in it that was not clean. The ice bucket had dirty finger prints and hair in it. The coffee pot had hair in it and obviously was not clean. The floors and wall had something red and brown smeared on the. Unfortunately there were no rooms available at any local hotels so I bought sheets,pillows, towels and cleaning supplies along with Raid that I had to spray several times a day. Next time if this is the only choice I would sleep in my car. I left the sheets, pillows, towels ,Raid and cleaning supplies when I left. Did not feel comfortable sleeping there.

Nice place inside, room was clean, well maintained and recently renovated. Don’t be turned off by the outside look-it’s an old hotel. The owners have renovated it. ONLY one issue: a previous guest decided to vandalize to AC unit by using something sharp to destroy the buttons, the AC worked but the off/on button was missing and another too so the unit would only run at 66 degrees unless you unplugged it. The owner came to the room to explain the recent damage and said parts to replace the damaged “electronics face” of the unit. Seems fair enough, we survived. The price was good/low for the area. Breakfast was minimal:-(. It can’t be hard to add a waffle maker!
