MAGNUSON HOTEL SOUTH HILL

Dirty inside and out,noisy bugs,mold,no towels trash and vomit outside I could go on I have nothing else to say but don't ever stay there it horrible dirty and loud drug dealing at all hours drinking and partying outside rooms

When I checked in there was no one at the front desk for a whole 2hours so I left and came back to kids running around all outside hanging around running up down stairs playing with toy guns very loud no adult supervision while riding Bikes out in parking lot oncoming traffic seemed more like a apartment complex only one housekeeper in particular was able to help me out. Ms Hayes She seemed to be the only one to notice me. this hotel need more staff like her and should be promoted to a higher pay rate she was also able to check me in to one of her rooms she cleaned everything was nice neat clean and she Should be made. Manger and people who knows how to run a front desk and to be there when guest arrive and should have more rules strictly in forced should always have a supervisor on duty at all times and while no manager is on duty seems as if the hotel has no boss to run this place

I work on the road have been for over 10 years now. I try to stay relatively heap when out on the road so unfortunately I deal with this kind stuff on the regular. Not everywhere is bad even when cheap but some are. I’m just an old lineman so I don’t need much and is way I’m ok with places like this but I wouldn’t make my family stay here. I’ve stayed in worse and far better.
