Red Roof Inn Roanoke Troutville

Stayed here Saturday. Everything is clean, well done rooms and the breakfast is worth it. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and will continue to come back. They have an exceptional employee named Haven. She always makes us feel wanted and at home. Great job!

We picked this hotel randomly on our travels south and found it to be a lovely experience. The front desk person in the evening was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great; this hotel is either new or newly renovated. The rooms were clean and all of the in-room amenities were full and usable. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day. We may frequent trips back and forth so we'll definitely put this on our list of great places to stay long the interstate.

Checking in was weird, no one at the front desk, waited for 10 minutes. Yes, we did arrive early, but no other hotel has commented that we could have been charged extra, which they didn’t do, but we did not feel very welcome. The room was small and cold, couldn’t adjust the temp. Breakfast was okay. Will not be returning!
