Very rude behavior at front desk, zero co- operation, no hospitality manners which called coustemer service supposed to be, no politeness at all i won’t recomona my family and friends ever for this location

Above Average, Better Than The Average Quality Inn’s That I have Stayed At in Other States. More updated Than Many Other Quality Inn’s.

The hotel had a great location for my visit to the area. There are restaurant within walking distance and the Metro is real close. The check-in staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are somewhat outdated though the room was clean. The shower was on the weak side. The breakfast was fine though lacking cold beverages (water, juice machine was out of order).
