The night in question I arrived and the room was paid for through Expedia. The lady at the desk was engaged in conversation with a man who was not a patron. I arrived around 1 am and seemed to have interrupted their conversation/interaction. She stated I needed to pay $100 in incidentals, no problem. She swiped my card about 4 times between machines, asking for it back a couple. Did not pay attention obviously until days later.. I called Expedia who instructed me to come to the hotel.. THANKFULLY I LIVE IN THE AREA........ because what if I lived out of the area and was just passing through? Upon returning to the hotel a day or two later, Ms. Gwen happened to be there. I spoke with the lady who helped me first. When I explained the lady understood but didn't understand and suggested that I wait until the following week. I requested a manager be called, when I said that I live in Deep Suffolk and had to drive to the Beach and back to fix a wrong that cause me harm and Ms Gwen's response as she cut into the conversation was, "oh they're not gonna give you money for that, with a really condescending tone with her head up in the air. At which point you were called I'm assuming. As I said then, my problem was not with you and I think there should be more Managers out there with your level of professionalism. Funny thing is I had this same problem in Columbia South, Carolina at Doubletree, haven't had a chance to get back through there yet, but I'm on my way.. $248..

Broken doors. Broken thermostat. Extremely rude and condescending “management”. Gave room keys to the same room to several guests. Major security issue here!
