Worst hotel blood on bed sheet Cackroach in the room Bed not clean Junky and drugs all over the place Worst customer service ever didn't check in and hotel manager and hotel.com didn't want to refund lost my money and time. The place stink like mold

The room presentation was very nice. Immediately opening the door after checking in to the room there was a mildew like smell that choked me I’m already suffering from acute respiratory infection from mold and coming into room I couldn’t stop coughing. Woke up 7am and there was no power to the room or the entire building. I asked what they plan to do, the woman stated “I called cox” I told her you’ve called the wrong people, dominion energy handles power. I return to the desk at 8:30 am and ask if they plan to compensate the people staying there for this, and the man stated “I have to speak to my manager I’m not the manager here” I was so upset I returned my key right then. Can’t shower with light. Can’t get dressed with light. Can’t charge electronics. Made me feel I wasted my money

Freshly painted and clean, but no hot water in the shower, no soap, no cups for water, nothing. They do not seem to know which rooms are smoking or not, Cant believe I paid what I paid. Hard to figure out TV. Am going to ask for refund.
