LaQuinta Inn & Suites Virginia Beach

Besides the location of this hotel, everything else was definitely a one out of five. The first thing I noticed was it was 96° outside and there was no water in the lobby for guests. We’re here in a volleyball tournament and we’re coming off the beach for the event and I was hoping to get a drink of water in the lobby while we checked in instead all that was available was hot coffee. I don’t know who wants to drink hot coffee when it’s 96° outside. The second thing is the pool is extremely small, crowded, and dirty. My daughter refused to swim in the pool. I had to go down to the lobby to get my own towels, my room was never touched the entire three nights we stayed, even though I called the lobby to request housekeeping services. Not only that I had to pull my own trash and put it in the hallway to be taken away. I don’t appreciate paying what we had to pay to stay in a place that doesn’t take care of their guests. We will not be returning and I advise that if you’re looking at this hotel that you look elsewhere. lastly, paying to park is ridiculous if you are staying as a guest in the hotel.

It was a bad experience we we were visiting there for a getaway the tv had limited channels they had extra charges when we checked in noise after 10 people running up and down the hallways some customers didn’t have leashes on their pet floors were sticky in the hotel room we will not be returning to this Hotel

When arrive hair was in the bathroom meaning in the tub, toilet and sink. You do have to pay to park in the the hotel parking lot which was weird cause if you stay at the hotel it should be free. Which is 15 a day smh.
