Magnuson Hotel Norfolk Airport

Manager onsite and office staff so nice, respectful and caring. However, this property has long term residence which might be apart of the dangerous activity at night. It’s not safe at all, conditions of the rooms are kind of gross. I walked into multiple drug deals happening while trying to get to my car. Had to leave after one night stay wasn’t safe. My daughter was woken up during the middle of the night to two individuals conducting an illicit transaction near our room door. This was the most scariest experience I have ever had being followed to my car. Two women alone here is not wise. I don’t recommend anyone who isn’t looking for a lively night scene to stay.

Hotel is conveniently located, with alot of food choices around. Great value. It is very relaxing, and the employees are very nice and friendly. Marlo and Tiffany made the check in process so easy. The room has a huge bed and nice tv witj all the good channels. The property is very clean. I hear the cleaning staff keeping up the property. On site laundry is a bonus l, plus the ice machine and swimming pool.

I love this hotel. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and the decor was very nice. I definitely wouldstay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.. both Tiffany and Marlo made my stay excellent
