I wanted to take a moment to recognize Luz from Activities Development at Spinnaker Resorts for the wonderful experience she gave my family on July 8, 2026. I have five children ranging in age from 2 to 12, and from the moment we walked in, Luz made every one of them feel welcome and included. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. My daughter had a hard time deciding which craft she wanted to make, and Luz took the time to walk her through the different options without ever making her feel rushed. Her patience and warmth made the experience so enjoyable. What stood out most was how attentive she was—not just to my children, but to every child participating. She has such a bubbly, positive personality and did an amazing job keeping the children engaged while making each one feel special. She also took the time to acknowledge me as a parent, which I truly appreciated. Employees like Luz make a lasting impression and are a big part of what makes a family vacation memorable. Thank you, Luz, for your kindness and for creating such a fun and welcoming environment for all of the children. You are truly an asset to Spinnaker Resorts!

I am an owner and have stayed at this resort many times. This was the first time I was there during a holiday. Usually we never participate in the activities offered because nothing was interesting. I decided to go to the pool party and was glad I did. The DJ and the pool attendants were great. Miss Luz was awesome, her attention to detail and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves was pleasantly surprising. She was very helpful and nice.

The experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend everyone to go there.
