Don't come here. They try to sell their vacation program to you. By staying here, they force you into attending a 2 hour sales program or you will pay $60.00 if don't. Our sales "force", worked us for 3 hours, by which time, I was very aggravated. They kept using high-pressure sales tactics and wouldn't take no for an answer. They have ruined our stay here, and I will never stay at another Wyndham facility again.

Steer clear of Wyndham resorts. Staying here is a mistake, and it is a complete matter of missing integrity and general decency. We arrived at Club Wyndham Kingsgate exhausted after an 8-hour drive. Instead of a smooth check-in, we were immediately targeted by a high-pressure sales pitch from a tall representative named Mike. I told Mike it was our first time in Williamsburg and that we had 3 days to see Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. To lock in a sale, he flat-out lied to us. He claimed three days was too much time for those historic sites, told us Yorktown only takes 20 minutes, and insisted we use our "extra time" to buy discounted tickets for Busch Gardens or a local water park.Mike seemed sincere, so we took the bait. The catch was a promised 90-minute timeshare presentation two days later.By day one, we realized Mike had conned us. Three days was nowhere near enough time to see the historic sites; we needed at least two days for Williamsburg and a full day for Yorktown. We deeply regretted signing up but showed up to the presentation anyway to fulfill our end of the deal. The bait-and-switch continued the moment we walked in. They demanded we sign paperwork committing to a 120-minute presentation instead of the 90 minutes Mike promised. When I called them out on the discrepancy, they played dumb. Realizing they were completely dishonest, I told them we fulfilled our obligation by showing up, but we were leaving and throwing away the water park tickets. A staff member costly chased us out of the building trying to stop us from escaping. When we returned to the front lobby to complain, the assistant manager, Amanda, completely doubled down on their deceptive talking points. Her refusal to acknowledge the lie made it undeniable: Club Wyndham Kingsgate is a giant timeshare trap run by deceiving liars. This is the first of many reviews I will be posting across the internet. Avoid Wyndham at all costs.
