The Fife And Drum Inn

I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. I absolutely love the Inn, the accommodations, and the welcoming atmosphere. I’ve enjoyed staying there myself on numerous occasions and have even recommended it and arranged stays for relatives. It has become one of those special places that feels familiar and comfortable every time I return. I was just there last weekend and, as always, had a wonderful stay. There are so many lodging options, but very few places have the charm, warmth, and personal connection that the Fife and Drum provides. Please know that you have a very loyal repeat customer in me, and I’m always happy to recommend the Inn to others. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to stay and for all the memories over the years. I look forward to returning soon and hopefully seeing you both next time!

Fabulous location, very clean and cute room. Loved that you are able to regulate the temperature in your room! Staff was very helpful and parking was right around the corner. Loading and unloading directly in front of Inn was helpful.

We stayed two nights for a 100th birthday party in town and took eight of the nine rooms! Everyone was very happy with the super clean rooms, generous continental breakfast, and 24-hour food access (cookies were delish!). Although it was very hot and humid (112 heat index during the day!) we gathered on the roof deck one night after dinner. It was a great place to unwind and the fans in the pergola helped! Bill was a very generous and attentive innkeeper and we highly recommend this inn!
