The place could use some making over. The room had a small refrigerator but no microwave. Needed more pillows... Woke up with neck pain.

Came up to attend a football game in the area. Due to CT 15 traffic - I arrived much later than hoped... The hotel is fairly easy to get to and there are a few moderate price places to eat nearby. The lobby appears clean and check in was smooth. I reserved a king studio and was issued rm 321. This unit needs ATTENTION. The wallpaper is peeling off of all the walls, the hvac unit isn't working, there is a slight sour milk smell, and it's really cold (the outdoor temp is 42 degrees). I called the front desk but there wasn't anything comparable - just a double and no one on duty to address the heating issue. I am a Marriott member and what was offered was 1000 pts for my inconvenience and a lesser room. Unfortunately, I was tired from a 5 hr drive and was not successful with finding another place available that would be comparable or better at the late hr. So, I sit here with layers of clothes on in this rm, get some work done, track outdoor temperature on my computer (and will cut my area visit short).

I was here for one night for a business trip. The room was updated and clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, and their free breakfast is outstanding. They have an oatmeal bar, hot food, and many options for a variety of dietary needs. Thanks for a great experience!
