Amazing customer service rooms are always beautiful. Staff is always the best. The power went out which was out of their control and they couldn’t have handled it better make sure everybody had stuff to drink food to eat literally the best staff ever

We loved going!! It's way better than I remembered when I was a kid. Having the card and room registered to your bracelet is genius and so convenient. The staff was so helpful. The activities and the personal was amazing. We are already planning our next stay! Also the food!!! We were shocked at how delicious the food was at the restaurants.
