Negative stars if I could. Oyo is a sneaky, lying, inept, DISHONEST and price gouging jerks of a company. We booked a room almost a year in advance for the STP ride. We do this every year. This year we booked it through Expedia, and never touched the reservation. After biking 110 miles, the dead eyed clerk told us "someone" canceled our reservation in April. Who? She couldn't tell us who. Just "someone". Our Expedia reservation showed active, and she couldn't explain why. No explanation, no help, just "we have no rooms". You know who canceled our reservations? Oyo. So they could sell our room for way more due to this event. I hope Expedia drops their greedy, seedy hotels.

Upon checking in, I observed piles of furniture stacked in the parking lot and along the walkways outside the rooms. My "Non-smoking" room reeked of smoke so bad I was not going to sit in there and absorb the odor into my clothes and lungs so, I opened the window and left for several hours in an attempt to air it out. Upon my return, it was somewhat aired out but still reeked. After getting ready for bed I discovered there was No TV or internet! I did not return the following day. OYO's online policy says TV and internet are services they provide and I had 7 days to request a refund, yet when I called to request a refund, that was denied. I'll look into staying at the Best Western Plus, across the street, next time.

Bugs literally flying and crawlingout of fridge when I opened it.Could not take shower b4 bed or in morning. NOHOTWATERATALL.stayed in room 237. Brought this to manager attention. No attempt to refund
