Cedars Inn Ellensburg

Friendly staff, solid basics (mini fridge, microwave, "free" breakfast with decent options). Terribly unkempt and in need of a renovation. A flag on this is that the reception stool is so worn out that the foam under the worn-out vinyl has more surface area. We had booked a "superior" queen room. What we got was a full-size bed. The rooms still have a popcorn ceiling. Our room had random stains on surfaces (the bed and towels were clean), a missing light, and a broken toilet.

We enjoyed the stay here as the hotel is comfortable, clean, air conditioned and easy to find right off the Interstate. We had no issues with noise from the road, so a good sleep is possible. Right within walking distance are a number of eating places and gas station convenience stores. The staff were friendly, and there is a decent breakfast. Overall this is a good place to stop and stay while traveling through the area.

Very dated, needs upgrades not well kept at all. The toilets are extremely low. As well as the sink. The included breakfast was a joke. Basically dirty everywhere inside and out. It needs a complete overhaul. The only good thing we can say, the bed was comfortable.
