Shower valve in first room didn’t work. Had to switch rooms. The bed in both rooms very squishy and creeky . Keys didn’t work twice. No elevator. Mostly worn out rooms and buildings.

This motel should be ashamed for how they treated that elderly deaf disabled man! Showers backed up and flooded his apartment which ruined all of his personal belongings and items for his cats. The audacity of the dismissive staff to drag their feet to get him towels or take care of it. The audacity to only offer a refund when multiple multiple items were ruined at their fault. And then to say they have no rooms left to accomadate him on top of it, well good! It is in the best interest of this motel to reach out to that woman helping that poor man - before things get legally nasty!
