Super 8 Motel - Ferndale/Bellingham Area

The staff was nice. The room was neat. The mattresses were good. But "Sorry for the inconvenience..The pool is not operating." Well then please fix it. It's the beginning of summer break. Breakfast? Both mornings the waffle batter was empty. There were a few old apples. One of the cereal containers was half full, the other was empty. There was no sugar for what little cereal they had. There were a few yogurts and 3 slices of white bread. There were no napkins, just a box of nose tissue. The garbage was overflowing. There was a pile of cigarette butts, in the dirt, right at the front door. I'm a cheapskate and I got what I paid for. You asked for my opinion and I gave it to you.

Front lobby smells like cat pee, only 1 towel for a double queen room, everything is out of order.

DO NOT USE THIS MOTEL EVER!!! We checked into a room and the people in the room next door were tweaking out on meth. It stunk like meth the people were yelling and screaming and vomiting. When we spoke to the front desk their only solution was to change our room from the one next door to the one above. We immediately checked out and went to another motel. We had to shower as our skin was burning from whatever they were doing. VERY GROSS DARK AND DIRTY. NOT A SAFE PLACE.
