My husband and I have stayed here twice so far and truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Mei Mei the complimentary breakfast commander is gracious and helpful! Location is great, within walking distance to Enterprise Rental Car, shops and restaurants. Airporter service drops off/picks up right outside the lobby for convenient airport transportation too. Simply the best.

Management treats paying customers poorly. I've been working in town for the past couple weeks and paying to park my RV in the parking lot the rest of staff was nice but this lady claiming to be manager threatened me and told me she would call the cops on me when I was trying to inform her she's mistaken and I've been paying to park there and have plenty of parking passes on the front of my dash to show it. I felt her attitude was vile and disgusting and if this is who you choose to represent your company you guys have a problem... Let it be known I don't make a mess I would leave in the afternoon to go to work come back at night and pay to sleep undisturbed but appears I don't get that common decency from management.. I want to let it be know the blond girl working the front desk has been super friendly and helpful and I believe she's the type of person you should have managing the place. I just want to state I feel robbed of peace over this and to pay for the inconvenience disgusts me

The place was decent enough and had free EV chargers, but the water issues ruined the stay. The water got turned off twice in the bathroom. The first time was in the evening; the evening reception lady actually tried to help, gave us water bottles, and it came back on in about 20 minutes. The real problem was the morning. The water went off again right when we needed to shower and leave by 7 AM. The morning receptionist couldn't care less and literally told us it "wasn't her job," so we had to leave without even being able to wash our faces or brush our teeth. I won't be staying here again. I would have left a much better review if the morning receptionist had shown at least a shred of a helpful attitude.
