We arrived to the hotel at midnight after a concert after we had already checked into our room cause pur payment had been declined even though I showed them the charge for the room went through and nothing. The manager called me the next day advising they were overbooked and that is why my room was given away. Avoid avoid avoid

I spilled a cup of coffee and had to use a towel to clean it up. Because of that they kept my $100 deposit. When I explained it was coffee they said it didn't look like coffee. There are no napkins in the room so there is no other choice other than using a towel to clean up a spill. I have been using hotels for over 50 years, and never have I been charged because of an accidental spill of food or beverage.

I have stayed here several times over the years. The property has been kept up. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There are restaurants nearby. Though it is on a busy road, it was quiet. The continental breakfast was good in the morning.
