Room pleasant as was staff. Disappointed that pool was kept cold and hot tub out of service. Again. Good breakfasr. Staff working hard to keep fresh.

4 star for staff friendliness. 1 star overall rating. Door frame entering our room had something brown/yellow all over it. Inside the room, we kept finding dark brown, long hairs. The bathroom floor was dirty. After starting the tub & pulling the lever to turn to shower, the water continued to come out of the tub rather than the shower head. Pillows were lumpy. I really try & stick with Best Western hotels when we travel, but will not be staying here again.

Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was good with lots of options.
