Best Western Plus Cottontree I

Extremely bad, dirty hotel, bad service, bad breakfast noisy club next door, ghetto area exterior doors do not lock just bad over all

Do not stay here if you would like to get some sleep. The hotel sits next door to Convention center. Customers service is horrible from the hotel staff. I hope you don’t need extra towels. You will be waiting a long time . Don’t waste your time-stay somewhere else.

Best breakfast bar I've seen in a long time. Very friendly staff.
