Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

SCAM ALERT: 0/10. My reservation was not honored as 'it was made on Hotels.com.' Both my itinerary number and receipt of payment were shrugged off. They told me they could give me a room at 300% mark up over what I had already paid on Hotels.com AND were unable to refund me what I had already paid. Two other parties attempting to check in had the same issue, same exchange with offer for room at the same 300% mark up. How many folks has this happened to? Read the other reviews and you will see. STAY AWAY.

The management here, is an absolute nasty person, she is rude, heartless and horrible. My cousin was in town for a funeral for his brother, I locked myself out of my car and she forced me off the property, and threatened to have me towed. I do not recommend this hotel at all, i would say where she appears to come from but that is rude and I refuse to be.like her, she was working the front desk on 8/23/2026

All the Wyndham's in Bellingham WA are great places to stay. Myself and co workers are always happy when checking in. two thumbs up!!
