The room odor was almost intolerable. The couch couldn’t be used. There were pet urine stains on the carpet in room 305.

While the room was nice. A studio next to a corner unit is less than ideal. Especially when the walls separating the two units are thin. Our neighbors in the corner unit were extremly loud. Kids running and yelling back and forth on balcony. Adults coming outside and loudly talking. Screaming off balcony at kids in the pool from the balcony. Slamming doors that rattled the entire shared wall. We could not enjoy our time here. Location is amazing. You can definitely hear the ocean when your neighbors finally go to sleep. Unsure on value when you can’t fully relax with noisy people who aren’t even attempting to be polite. Property is clean. Staff are very polite. Pool was nice complete with pool toys. Sauna was not open. Kids were constantly in the hot tub so unsure how that was. Grill and fire pit were very nice additions. Will we be back unsure. When you are paying $500 you should be able to enjoy peace and tranquility. We heard our unit is for sale. Definitely would not purchase this unit if the corner unit always has large boisterous rude people sharing a wall.

Very clean, comfortable. Furniture, fittings and appliances in good order. Kitchenette. Helpful staff. Close to beach. Would stay again
