BEST WESTERN PREMIER PLAZA HOT

I love this location! The staff was so friendly. The suite we had was so large and the jetted tub was basically a swimming pool! There was a small wet bar with microwave and fridge. A nice size table for when we brought food in and the bed was so comfortable. Plenty of parking and so much in the same parking lot. A Denny's (very quick on take-out), McDonalds, Subway, two gas stations and markets. Across 512 is a mall with plenty of restaurants, as well as Costco for inexpensive Gas! Breakfast is one of the best I've had. There are hot choices but also prepackaged grab and goes (crumb cake, lemon loaf, muffins, Jimmy Dean sandwiches) that can be taken back to the room or with you to eat in the car. And great coffee with lots of tea choices for those of us who don't drink coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service! comfortable room! Great location

McKenzie was so helpful. I was not in the best head space lost my room keys 5 seconds after she handed them to me. Then I forgot our room number. We were in town to pay our last respects to family members on hospice. The breakfast was all good. Lots of prepackaged items. Hot food was egg rounds which looked dry and turkey sausage links was ok. I liked the lemon packaged for my hot water. The mini fridge door lopsided the seal did not line upand we woke up with ice built up. Which no problem for us we just used our drinks. It will eventually fail from overworking. The pool filled up with kids fast and the jets did not work in the hot tub. It was affordable because we used our free night. We may be back in a few weeks for the funeral.
