Truck broken into and stole everything including battery. They didnt care and claimed no cameras. Police refused to come even take a report. This place used to be decent, but now is a dump with homeless people all over

My name is Mr.Corlandus France and I was sent to this hotel The Red Lion Hotel and conference Center by my L.N.I. claim manager.My review is to commend the WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE EFFORTS & SERVICES I received from Ms.Alina and Ms.Sanjana,Both women were VERY helpful,polite and PROFESSIONAL. They are what GREAT SERVICE is all about,I personally would recommend a raise/promotion for both of these extraordinary young ladies who went both ABOVE and BEYOND their normal job duties.

My flight got cancelled over the holidays. I stayed at Red Lion through Alaska Airlines. I must say they have the best customer service. Elena checked me in. I was in a super bad mood (flight cancelled and I wasn't going to be able to see my family over the holidays.) She was such a great listener and made me feel better -- going above and beyond her call of duty. A very friendly and courteous lady named Baljit checked me out. Rooms were nice, clean, and very comfortable. I will be staying here again whenever I get the chance.
