Clarion Hotel Conference Center

Great place to stay, me and my family liked it. Modern looking room, comfy beds, everything clean, everything working. The room was very quiet at night time. Air conditioning has a low-speed fan mode, it makes it relatively quiet, which is very nice. The hotel has plenty of free parking; the breakfast (included) was excellent. Friendly staff. Several eateries in the vicinity, to choose from.

The staff here was great, the roomies seem to be cheaply updated, the fixtures are newer but the bath tub was gross, it’s missing caulking, has mildew around the edges and very poorly lit. The room smells like urine, every time someone closed the door nearby it would shake your bed or even if they walk by you can feel it. People weren’t purposely being noisy but just having neighbors move at all seemed to affect me in my room. I didn’t have any cups in the room also which just seems odd for a hotel.

My kids loved the pool and waterside so it's disappointing to see the back area fall into such disrepair. I feel like it was a bait and switch. You walk into lobby and it's what you'd expect from. Best Western. It looked and smelled great but once you used side entrance and back hall it was upsetting. I paid $235 for a room by pool area for my kids and would expect a clean room. I understand it's old in this part of the hotel but it was definitely ot up to what you would expect when staying at a Best Western
