The room was nice and it was very convenient to be on the water near the park.

The hotel is in a great location! Our room was clean and ready when we got there. When we arrived, they told us we had been upgraded to a suite which felt nice until we got there and found out that It was one King bed instead of two queens. I think they just needed our two queen room for someone else and tried to make it sound nice that we had been upgraded. Lol 😝 Also, we were extremely disappointed to find that they now charge for the continental breakfast. We have always chosen Holiday Inn express for the free breakfast. The gal working the buffet was really sweet and said it was a fairly new change, but it seemed a little deceptive that we hadn’t been informed about it ahead of time.

I had a really nice room I appreciated that the only issue I had was I had a lot to carry wish you were closer luggage carts. I have a Handicap and I was traveling with my two pups so a few trips took me to get everything in but I was near the pet area so it made that more convenient. Otherwise your room was nice and they had a coffee machine in there which I was grateful for
