10/10 would stay here again! Amazing location- within walking distance to everything and only a 5 minute walk to the light rail and bus stations. The room was clean, spacious, and everything looked brand new. Beds were super comfy. Shower was perfect! AC is adjustable but gets really cold (thank goodness). AC also has an adjustable fan so you can decide if you want quiet or a fan noise. The longest we had to wait for an elevator was maybe 10 seconds max. Rooms were very quiet! Also- huge closet! The largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Hotel staff checked in multiple times to ensure everything was perfect and to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be staying here again!

The kindness of the staff at this hotel cannot be understated. We travelled as a group of four from the UK, one of whom’s suitcases did not arrive with us. The staff here went out of their way to help us retrieve it. Our rooms were large, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices but the hot food was only warm not hot. The fruit was absolutely delicious. Would we return if we came back to Seattle? Absolutely! To all the staff involved, thank you for your kindness.

Hit... The hotel is small, the photos do not match the reality, the service is horrible, the check-in only happens at 16:00 (you are not warned of this), and for crew members occurs immediately, the surroundings of the "establishment" is surrounded by crackdowns, I paid for 4 "cafezes" in the morning but they said they only release two. So, hit! Bad experience. I don't know the kind of person who "evaluates" the qualities of this place, which do not exist.
