Kings Inn Hotel

First off the gentlemen who was working the front desk was the rudest and most confrontational person I've ever met. The owner of this place truly should let him go. We went to our room and the bed had no box spring was just on the base so close to the floor. you could feel the springs in the mattress it was awful super soft. Bathroom was super gross no soap to wash your hands we had to go buy our own. the shower was painted instead of fixed. Was told elevator was broken and the owner was not going to fix it and we had to use the stairs. What would have happened if I was handicap? I would NEVER stay here again!!! Gross and disgusting and front desk was RUDE!!!!

This place is great if you need a safe and relatively cheap place in downtown Seattle. There is a cafe with doughnuts right next door. Surroundings are safe. The furniture and the bathroom is outdated but the bed is comfy. Personnel is great - they are very helpful.

Clean but basic. Bed was comfortable, scents were strong, there was a fridge but no coffee pot or microwave. Was awakened through the night by noise in the alley, then the trash truck came through before 4am so I just gave up and got up. Location is convenient and the couch sucks. Kind of feels like they started to update but didn’t quite finish. PROS: comfortable bed, clean, small front room and separate bedroom, conveniently located CONS: noisy, no microwave or coffee pot, uncomfortable couch, no chain lock on door (broken), heavily scented
