Overall, my stay was okay, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations for a hotel at this price point.
The greeting at the front desk wasn’t as warm or upbeat as I would have expected, especially for Seattle, where hospitality is usually a highlight. The room was clean and comfortable, but at around $200 per night, I expected something that felt more inviting. The décor was a bit plain and lacked the warmth and character I was hoping for.
One downside was the constant noise from what sounded like an exterior air conditioning unit or mechanical equipment outside my room, which was noticeable throughout the night.
On the positive side, room service was excellent—prompt, professional, and exactly what I expected. Checkout was also quick and effortless, making for a smooth departure.
