Carpet was filthy snd very old. There were broken electrical sockets in the hallway, the room was okay bedding was clean but floors/walls were dirty. The corridor to the elevator smelt if smoke as some guests were always out there smoking.

No housekeeping. Offered breakfast only came on second day. Needs exterior paint. Strange room layout. But: great ethnic food nearby. Relatively quiet. Cheapest around. Has refrigerator and freezer that actually work. Beds are comfortable — and we are here to sleep!

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. Nice size mini fridge in the room, and I really appreciate that they provided some complimentary water bottles. I was staying alone and felt safe at all times. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. No issues with noise from outside or adjoining rooms. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will gladly book again if I have another work trip to the area.
