Very nice hotel in the Hospital. Hotel Staff and Cafe staff were the best! Hotel was priced pretty good for the area. Very close to pikes Market. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to have chosen thos place.

Uncomfortable, hot, noisy, dirty, terrible shower, thin small towels, floors dirty, surfaces dirty, water horrible,. had to purchase potable water at $4 a bottle. They should tear this travesty down. Everything is awful, and they charge as though it's a five-star property. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
