Me and my family came in late night ! Got the room it looked decent online ! Wow that’s wrong ! After getting the room walked through the hallways that’s smelled horrible Odor and was grungy ! Trash all outside around the trash cans. Made us feel dirty just walking down the hall ! We lay our kids in one bed and get ready for bed ourselves ! Go to use the tv and it won’t turn on call the front seat they wanted to send someone then my husband told them no we were going to bed it was like 11 at night ! So he messed with it got it to work ! Get up next day go to make the bed my kids were laid in and their were big red nasty stain of god only know what in the bed !! Like the bed had never been made !! Or cleaned !! So I go upfront to tell them how upset I am and to get Breakfast for my kids and we’ll no breakfast !!! The cook called in!! the front lady tried to get the house keeper down their , while waiting I tried to get sheets she said she wanted to show the house keeper and talk to her and I’m like I got to get back to the room with my kids she apologized for it and said she would have the housekeeper come change the sheets ! Which still hasn’t happened ! Still waiting , and btw that doesn’t change that I’ve paid 150 night to have my kids stay in a nasty unmake bed and be in a filthy place ! We are here until Monday due to no refunds ! Or I would gladly leave today ! This place is poorly kept , not well maintenanced , and if something needs to be made right they don’t they just apologize!!! I’m so upset with this place !!! Don’t stay here don’t do it too pricey , and dirty !

Stayed here one night because it was on our way to SeaTac. The parking lot (shared with Econolodge) was a parade of punks "cruising" in crap cars with subwoofers.. you know, losers with their underwear showing but who live with their mom, even though they're thirty. Couldn't get anyone to come to the desk for like ten minutes, and then both ditzes didn't know how to use the card reader or where the room was located. It took easily 25 minutes until we got checked in, maybe longer. Room looked fine except for the unpainted plaster repairs. At least it was fairly quiet and comfortable. Next morning I discovered the coffee maker contained several used pouches of grounds... and different brands, so they could have been there for a very long time. No food at all in the lobby, not even a coffee urn. New pile of garbage and bottles in the parking space next to our car.

Wow, from hairs in the bed- tv and phone broken. Front door jammed, bathroom door doesn't close, fruit flies everywhere, ceiling falling apart, no cover over the lights, some lights missing bulbs. ? Who knows what the stain is on the couch. Horrible area, NOISY!!, sketchy people and ?drug activity on the premises, the police even showed up as we were leaving to go to our concert!!! 😣 HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! We slept in our clothes and didn't want to shower as the bathroom was beyond questionable. The only good thing was the lady who checked us in. The woman who checked us out - useless! We mentioned all the things wrong, the answer we got was "awww", no apology, no offer of a discount or "would you like to speak to a manager?" nothing! I will never stay there again. These are just a few pics, I would have Taken more, but it was just so pathetic. Spend the extra and stay elsewhere. Horrible place indeed!!!!
