Booked this motel on Expedia. When we got there the clerk said he needed an additional $50 for deposit even though we had already paid. Get to the room and it is nothing like what was shown on Expedia. We had 15 minutes to inspect the room after that there were no refunds. Very run down, the bathtub was so worn that it looked dirty and the caulking around it was disgusting. The vent for ceiling fan was held up by masking tape, the bedding looked like a tablecloth. Ice machine didn't work, the young man on duty took it apart and reached up and pulled some ice out for me. They don't make the bed unless you ask for it. We had to ask for towels and to have the sheets changed. The floor of the room slanted down as you walked to the bathroom. When I asked the clerk where the room was that was on the website she said' I have no idea, they are all different " another one said ' it all depends on what you booked". Nothing but false advertising.

I only stayed here for one night and to be fair for the price it was grand. The guy at reception was very friendly and check in was efficient. I had a problem with the TV and he came over to my room right away and sorted it. The bed was comfortable as was the pillows. The pickup from Seatac was great and saved me the price of a taxi. I had coffee and Danish for breakfast and it was fine. On checkout the lady on reception was friendly.

We had a 12 hour layover in Seattle and needed a room to sleep off some jet lag. The reception girl was so nice and let us check in really early. Other than that, the rooms are as described in all the other reviews. But the cherry? The “courtesy shuttle” driver. He obviously hates his life and hates people. He was beyond rude from the moment he picked us up at the airport to the moment he realized he was bringing us back a few hours later. He even muttered an expletive. Avoid this place.
