In my opinion Holiday Lodge in Yakima is a SH__ __HOLE.
When checking in my wife and I were given room 105. When we opened the door, we were hit with a very musty smell. We went to the heater air-conditioner only to find it unplugged. I plugged it in and tried to start the unit only to find all the buttons were broken. My wife went to the window, and I turned on the TV. My wife opened the window to find there was no screen, and I found out that the remote for the TV did not work. I looked at my wife and she looked at me and we both said let drive home we were only 3 hours away. That was unfortunate because our plan was to spend the next day shopping in Yakima. I took the key back to the front desk and there was a sign on the window in bold letters NO REFUNDS I gave the key front desk person and stated the I will not stay in that room the front desk person with a bored look on his face said OK and we drove home. (This has happened before in the past). In conclusion I’ll say it again Holiday Lodge in Yakima is a SH__ __HOLE.

This is by far the nastiest hotel I've ever attempted to stay at. We were shown three different rooms because each one had blood and or bodily fluid stains all over each mattress and or on the walls or ceilings. Finally, by the third room we were desperate to just go to sleep, so we accepted it. Then, while my S.O. was in the shower, three guys opened the door with a hotel key that they'd been given by the manager who didn't know that the other clerk had given us the room... so they all 4 barged in the room when I tried to hold the door shut because I was buck naked and my man was in the shower. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We arrived at hotel late, after several times informing them that we were coming in late, to find out that our room was given away. We got put into a couple of rooms that looked like they came straight out of a slasher movie.
Floors were dirty and sticky, busted windows, broken door locks, rustly water coming out of facets. Mysterious hand prints on the headboard. One of the worst hotel rooms I've ever seen.
