Baymont Inn & Suites Beckley

The hotel is very beautiful and imposing from the outside, but the rooms need to be modernized. Old bathroom with broken tiles, old tub/shower, only the sink was acceptable. The microwave was unplugged; when turned on, it made noise. Classic breakfast for these hotels with gravy, sausage, eggs, muffins, and waffles to make.

Room was dirty - top of nightstands and tv stand were sticky, toilet dirty, old eyelashes stuck to the side of the tv stand. One bulb in bathroom was burned out. Splatter on the walls and bathroom door. Was handed Clorox wipes when issue was brought to front desk’s attention. Pool area is moldy although pool itself seemed fairly clean. At least 3 lights were flickering (strobing like a haunted house) and obviously need replaced. Overall everything looked old and poorly maintained, nothing like what was portrayed in the photos.

Staff Danny was very friendly up on our arrival Room was very, very clean Thomas is excellent ! We are very pleased!
