Motel 6 Charleston East Wv

My wife had to go to Charleston for mothers surgery. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone sending there family to this motel!! She felt extremely UNSAFE. In the room bath towels had holes in them, bed sheets had holes, there were 2 holes in the bathroom WALL! apparently they also allow full time residents who like to stay up standing outside all night drinking and being very loud. There was clear evidence of drug use on the property. On a positive note the outdoor lighting was good although she had no desire to go outside after dark because of the residents. AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE TRASHY PLACE!!!

My mother is in ICU at CAMC. We came here and were in the room less than an hour before seeing a huge black bug crawling up the wall. It looked like a roach. We tried to check out and were told to contact the manager in the morning. We had to purchase another hotel to stay at because we obviously didn’t want to sleep in a room with big bugs. The manager refused to refund the room so I just lost that money. This is to warn you from making the mistake of staying there.

Noise level was extremely loud. the breakfast only consisted of cold items. i personally didn't enjoy my stay, would not re-book.
