Amanda was an excellent front desk greeter such an amazing experience

I've stayed here before as I had made the reservation before and didn't have any problems. Check-in was easy because I made a reservation over the phone before I got there. The room was spacious and had all the normal amenities including an iron and board, there was also a bedside clock that had two USB ports. There's a continental breakfast with waffles. The price is right too.

Poorly run hotel! No staff at check in and took several minutes of ringing the desk bell to get anyone. Dirty stained furniture in the room that made you feel unsure about the whole room. Room refrigerator did not work and still didn’t work after reporting it to the hotel staff. Toilet handle came off when flushing, it did get fixed. Every time we went through the lobby there was no staff to be seen anywhere. There was always mop buckets and cleaning supplies sitting out in the hallway near checking going to the rooms. Our room was poorly cleaned. There were visible Cheerios under the headboard, tables had dirt and residue from something??? Overall a very poor experience and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
