Quality Inn & Suites

As a Hampton Inn Honors guest my wife and I always chose hotels in their group.This particular hotel needs some polish to standards of other hotels.We stayed here before and chose this location because it is mid way from home and our destination as well as home on return trip.On the way home we were not greeted and thanked as being a Honors member and practically had to beg for our complimentary water.Ours we have stayed at have water constantly available .Our room was clean and comfortable but it seems all rooms need their showers recaulked .Breakfast was well attended too and this year there were not cards on the tables asking for a tip.We will probably again stay there next year to and from our destination and only hope they step up to the Hilton standards .

We have stayed there multiple times while visiting WVU. The staff is always friendly and looking to help, the amenities are good and rooms clean. There are plenty of dining options in the town center area.

Staff was EXTREMELY helpful as we had been referred further up the highway from another sold out Hampton. They held two rooms till we could get there 20 min later.
