Avoid at all costs. They are under remodel and will work until 6:30-7 pm making all kinds of noise cutting, screwing and banging. I work night shift. Only here for a week but still. It’s a joke. Who keeps this much noise going that late? Even if I wasn’t on night shift it would be terrible. Almost need ear plugs and it’s a room away. The video I posted was taken at 5:10 pm on 7/16/26

I had been staying at this hotel since opening but sadly I won’t be returning. The manager and head of housekeeping Mercedes and their posse of other incompetent staff who are their friends have done this place in. Over the past several months the rooms are consistently not being cleaned. All the do is change the towels and provide toilet paper but only if if you’re lucky. Bed linens are not changed. Nothing wiped down. No sweeper ran. When you complain it’s your fault and there’s no making it right. No amount of renovations will safe this place as long as the lady manager and Mercedes are still there.

A “competitive rate for the area” today gets you an outdated dump that is begging for a cleaning. This was stop one on my 10 day road trip, the most expensive and the second worst of my trip. After almost 10 hours on the road I was way too tired to even care to look around. Morning comes and the light through the window show what a beauty of a property I dropped $153 dollars on. Dated dusty furniture, bugs, a clogged AC vent and a shower pan that was every color but white. Due to time constraints and being on vacation I didn’t really complain til I got home. Seeing I paid the most here really made me mad, because where’s the value? Where’s the care for my hard earned money since you can’t be bothered to clean a room. Wasn’t asking for a refund, some points would be nice or a sorry. Instead I get this passive aggressive response from the gm with no apology or anything. Hampton Inn doesn’t stand for quality anymore, they just use the name to make you feel comfortable enough to trust it. I’m sure the manager will respond to this blaming me because I didn't alert the staff, but who are you gonna trust? Don’t be like me, pick another place.
A few positives, staff was nice outside of the manager, nice view on the back side of hotel and tons of shopping and dining very close by. Road noise is a problem.
