Franklin Street Inn, LLC

The owners were very gracious and had plenty of suggestions on what to do in Appleton. We followed two of those and were quite happy. The bed and breakfast was quaint and clean. Also, it was a close walk to many good restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment! We were visiting a friend nearby and would definitely like to stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at the Franklin Street Inn and we’ll certainly return when in Appleton. If you want a beautiful, historic, safe, very clean, centrally located and relaxing stay, this is your place. Delicious breakfast too!

Visited for Packers game with family. Keith and Lori do a wonderful job with everything including flexible breakfast times and delicious home cooked selections including fresh fruit and coffee/tea. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. I would not stay anywhere else when in the area. Excellent.
