DAYS INN EAU CLAIRE-CAMPUS

Wonderful costumer service, accommodating staff. There’s clean rooms, hallways, and lobby. Very understanding and kind people own it now. Plus there plants are actually real! I am just a big nature person.

Booked a stay from. OCT 10-12, Left on the 11th. The over all condition of the facility is rundown and extremely shabby.there were maintenance carts, maid carts and even old mattresses left sitting in the hallway. The shower nozzle in the room was broken and spewed water all over the bathroom including the ceiling. There was a large puddle of water coming from the broken refrigerator. The microwave was busted and the door would not close. There was a large patch of black mold on the bathroom wall and we found roaches in the room as well.

always clean, always the most courteous staff, always the best deal. this hotel is newly renovated and it looks great. excellent location to access the city, and the ice/water machine dispenses purified, filtered, bottled water unlike other hotels using tap water.
