Decent value. Clean, nice pool, nice room, and restaurant. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

As far as the room and amenities are at the hotel are quite good. The staff is terrible. I don’t know if they just don’t get paid enough or what their problem is but they shouldn’t be in the hotel business and it’s notjust one or two! Check-in was good, but after that anything needed or asked about was never responded to. And to add to matters, I accidentally left my shaving kit in the and have less mess left messages when I was able to, but usually would just get hung up on after 10 or 15 rings. If it happened once I would say OK no problem, but they hung up on me at least four times within an hour and then when I was able to leave a message, it was never responded to.

My wife and I stayed here in December with Friends for the Packers game against the Chicago Bears and it was Fantastic. We travelled from N.IRELAND for this experience and I have to say everything was amazing, Right from our free shuttle bus pick up at the Airport, to the wonderful warm reception staff who quickly allocated our room, which was unexpectedly huge, large living room and large separate bedroom and shower room , more than ample space for our 4 x night stay. The hotel in general was spotless clean and the facilities were brilliant, the bar and restaurant were excellent, very cheap and the food was very tasty. The Casino was really good fun, and a lot bigger than we expected, and a good variety of food options in there too. The drinks in the Casino very cheap as well, and I have to say all the staff were so courteous and extremely helpful. All in all we will definitely stay here again when we next visit Green Bay, as everyone in this Hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Hats off , should be 5 stars !
