Best Western Harborside Inn & Kenosha Conference Center

The hotel has clearly been recently renovated and looks fantastic. I was thrilled to see that all the rooms feature hard flooring, which is a huge plus for me! When booking, I highly recommend paying a little extra for a lake-view room. Our room (321) offered a beautiful look out over the harbor and lake. The location is also unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to a variety of excellent restaurants and shops.

This hotel must have been just remodeled. Very clean and nice decor'. Lobby was very appealing. Rooms clean and comfortable.

This hotel was in the perfect location for what we were doing but the positive ends there. Had a lack of soap and towels in the room at checking. No coffee pot in the room. No USB ports for charging. Are you kidding me? Hotels internet is really really slow. We were there for three night stay and later the second day had not had any room service. Went to the front desk and was told that they only do room service every other day. On the third day we returned to the room but still no room service. Went to the front desk only to be told the maid staff was done for the day. Had quite the trash build up for the itty bitty trash can so I had to find another bag for the overflowing trash can.
