Homewood Suites Madison West

Very nice rooms and staff were great. Ideal location nearby restaurants. Can be expensive if anything in the area is going on but a very nice hotel and they play awesome music!

Standard Homewood Suites—winding halls to room, open area for gathering, good, varied breakfast. I do think certain foods should have labels as to what they are. The Wednesday evening reception was enjoyable, but again labeled food products would be beneficial. Room was typical—full kitchen, sitting area, comfy bed, though the bedding is too skimpy in size to allow it to reliably stay on the bed. Greg efficiently checked us in and Grace checked us out; happy to see they wore name tags.

We have a lovely Valentine's Day. We felt so welcomed and cared for from the minute we walked in. Victor made sure we knew how to get to our room and made mention of some fun local things to do, he was such a delight that added to our overall unforgettable night at Homewood by Hilton! Thank you to all! We will be back..and often.
