SHERATON MILWAUKEE BROOKFIELD

I’m writing to commend Isabela from the dining room. Each morning she greeted our members with smiles and excellent service! It was very busy but she kept up with the demands and never appeared bothered or rushed . She epitomized customer service at its absolute best!

We never had anyone clean our room, even after we told them in the morning we were leaving. Even when we returned at 3pm, and told them again, we had to call again to get some cleaning done. We are shocked about this Marriott property.

We have stayed here several times in the past year; three of our visits were really great. During one of our weekend visits, a huge snowstorm rolled into the area - we had no problem extending our stay by a day and adding a late check out for the day we were leaving so the roads could be cleared. The front desk and cleaning crew were awesome. The lounge is always nice to use and breakfast has always been pretty good with lots of fruit. Our last stay, we were a little less enchanted. Our room was dirty and the whole hotel seemed dark. We found an empty bottle of FireBall next to the couch (which we joked about all weekend). I love the location of the hotel, very easy to get to.
