CARIBBEAN CLUB RESORT

Booked on booking.com but didn’t get the room we booked with a king bed but got a queen bed. Saying rooms are not guaranteed on booking.com. Room was ok faced Lake Delton and pretty at sunset. They leave the desk at 5:00 each day so you have no one around if a problem arises. We locked both keys in our room and it was after 5. Called and got an answering machine. Called security number no one answered. Called the police to see if they had a contact number. Police and security arrive 45 minutes later. Our room was a walk to the pool area. Small pool area, charged 2.50 for a bottle of water at the desk.

The condo was very nice and clean. I am disappointed with the advertised coupon deals they offered. The Noah’s Ark discount they offered were $50.00 tickets and we purchased them for $29.99 for senior tickets and $39.99 for adults on line. Would recommend staying there but definitely not worth purchasing their discount tickets!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the condo and the resort amenities! We were nervous at first as there was so many mixed reviews but were happy we decided to book the condo. Each unit is individually owned but managed by the resort. So each person's experience could vary by the condo you book and expectations. Many repeat customers return to this place yearly so they must be doing something right. Our condo 615 was updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They took out the hot tub in master bedroom and added a half bath which was nice to have if someone was using the other bathroom. The patio off of the master bedroom had a very nice view of the lake and sitting area. We didn't use the stacked washer or dryer but was nice having the option. We also enjoyed the pool area. They had towels in the indoor pool area but would run out as day went on. Lady at desk was very nice and helpful. Only suggestion would to add more lounge chairs for guests to use.
